safe harbor
Safe Harbor is a South Carolina based nonprofit serving those impacted by domestic violence. Safe Harbor offers emergency shelter and housing assistance, therapy and support groups, safety planning and order of protection assistance, case management and victim advocacy services and, domestic violence prevention through their Relationship Education Program. Safe Harbor's programs are designed with an understanding of the trauma domestic violence inflicts on both individuals and families, as well as a recognition of a survivor’s resiliency and ability to heal.

Shepherd’s Gate in Greenville, SC is a safe haven for women and mothers with young children, offering emergency shelter, food, clothing, and compassionate care for those experiencing homelessness, including those displaced due to domestic violence. Shepards Gate offers both short-term, emergency assistance as well as long-term comprehensive support through counseling and case management.

As one of Greenville, SC's oldest nonprofits, Compass of Carolina is dedicated to guiding individuals and families through life’s most challenging moments. Compass offers affordable trauma-informed care, including individual and family counseling, support groups for victims of domestic violence, and batterer intervention programs as well as services tailored for veterans and first responders.
